“Purchased Bryant ductless mini split system in 2020. Have had problems with unit since 2022. Service techs have been out at least 2 times every year since. Having to order new parts, control board, which will be the 2nd replacement. The wait time for these parts are 4-6 WEEKS!! My system stopped working AGAIN just recently fried circuit board and coil temp gauge wasn’t working at all. Just commenting here as a disgruntled owner and their service needs to be more customer oriented and find more distributors to acquire parts in an expedited manner. Their techs are good, the installers are good but getting parts and repairs is a nightmare!”

“We had our AC go out this past Saturday (July 4th weekend) and put in a request for emergency service. One of your contractors, Mateo B. (not listed above) came out and fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. The AC is up and running and the house doesn't feel like the 9th level of hell. “Devin came out on a high volume day (we'd just had a snowfall and sub-freezing temps). Our furnace was performing spottily, so we asked for a technician to take a look at it. He diagnosed the problem, but said to call back if the the problem persisted. It resurfaced, so we called and he came back and came up with a more satisfactory solution. It's been performing well since. He was very candid in his appraisal, and stuck with the job to come up with the satisfactory outcome. A very positive experience all around.”

“Although there is a bit of debacle with their phone system today once I requested a repair online things went very well. Crystal set me for an appointment the following morning which was acceptable. A short time later I was called back and informed a repairman was available to come to my house immediately. Once a repairman was on scene a very quick diagnoses and the repair was taken care of. After testing the unit thoroughly for any other issues the repair was complete. Very satisfied, I will recommend Gaggles to all that need heating repair!”

“Our heat pump was running even when the temps dipped into the mid 30s. I thought the thermostat (advanced settings) was programmed to signal the gas furnace to come on instead of the heat pump when outside temps go below 40. I called Gagle's and Aaron said that, with a gas furnace, the thermostat is usually set at 40. He said he could come out within a half hour to check it out, which he did. He discovered that the thermostat setting to alert the furnace was off. He also changed another setting to avoid the furnace and heat pump coming on at the same time. Coming out the same day and making these adjustments (for free) was quite amazing. It's why Gagle continues to demonstrate high quality customer care. Thanks, Aaron!”

“I have no idea how I found Gagle’s, but I’m glad I I did. I read reviews and had bought a home in Salem to rent, and had three places come for estimates. I bought the home at a super good price knowing that the furnace was not in working order. Because I was purchasing it from a realtor, whose mother had lived in the home- estate sale-we wanted and thought it was no big deal to get A/C also so it’d be an compatible unit. Gagle’s was more than accommodating. I loved speaking with Jordan on the phone and Raymond came for a look/see–sent his bid that afternoon. So impressed!! I have a Honeywell thermostat that I’d bought online to hopefully use–Super Simon–we didn’t want anything programmable. Everything was like “no problem!!” It’s a super quiet unit–works GREAT!! The technician Loren is a total professional who is able to explain complicated systems in a way that I can understand . He made me feel confident in my system after a minor glitch with the power caused my air conditioning system to reboot . It was 104 degrees outside and I got very upset cause I didn’t understand what my system was doing during the reboot process. “Woke up to find no hot water. I called two plumbing companies each telling me that they couldn’t schedule an appointment for a week. I explained to them that I was having out of town company coming to stay the week. I needed hot water! I called Gagle’s and explained my dilemma and they said they would have someone come out the next morning. David showed up the next morning, assessed the trouble and called his partner Adam to bring some replacement parts. Adam came with the parts and we had hot water within an hour. “Gagle’s has ALWAYS provided the best heating service in the area. I recently moved to a different home and called to have my furnace repaired. Jackson, a technician, analyzed the unit and repaired it. However, he told me that it would, likely, not last long. Since the charge was minimal, I decided to take my chances, but the furnace only lasted a few months. I called to have an estimate for a new furnace. Raymond came out a day later and provided me with a thorough and easy to understand estimate. I also asked 2 other companies for estimates, one company took several days to complete the estimate, the other only sent the estimate after I called 3 times. I don’t really know why I called the other two companies, I knew that Gagle would provide the best service. After selecting Gagle’s, Ivan and Armondo came out and installed the unit. They did an excellent job. NEXT, Jackson who is a computer expert, as well as a heating technician, came out to see if I had connected my phone to the internet and furnace correctly. I had not, so he showed me the correct way. Mark Gagle, the owner, then came out to evaluate the crews work. I explained that I was more than satisfied with every aspect of all work done, including my first contact with Jordan, including his contact with me. This company has the best customer service of any I know. Every person I dealt with was professional and very highly skilled. Mark Gagle’s ability to recruit and retain these amazing people shows just how dedicated he is to the company, the customers and our community.”

I called Gagle’s and Raymond was able to come out to give me a bid for a new furnace the same day. The following week, 2 installers came out and was able to install the furnace in just a few hours. “I recommend Gagle's for all furnace and air-conditioning needs. Since 1996 we have relied on the company to install and maintain our natural gas furnace and our heat pump. We renew an annual maintenance contract with them every year as we prefer to have them keep their professional eye on what's going on with our system. They replaced our original 1996 heat pump this November as it just didn't have the efficiency anymore and was too close to being old enough for some major part replacement. Daniel and Aaron were the crew. They had to also modify the furnace (responsible for the circulation of the heat pump's air throughout the house) to correspond to the current fuel pump design. All the work was done awfully quickly. They left the inside and outside work areas more clean than when they came. They showed a good sense of humor, and were very happy to educate us on pointers for the most economical use of the combination of units we have. “We had a new furnace and ac unit installed a few years ago. A little while ago I looked up at the ceiling and noticed it was coming apart. I called Gagle’s Heating and explained the situation to them. I was told the furnace was installed in 2014 and they didn’t know what the issue would have been but they sent two techs out to check it out. Shilo and Dan arrived on site, I showed them the issue and upon further investigation when the furnace was installed not all of the PVC joints were glued and over time the moisture dripped down and finally made it through the ceiling. Mac was on time, polite, answered my questions and showed me, when asked, inside the furnace how it works and what he checked. He also vacuumed the main soot inside. He didn't try to sell me a new furnace either. He said that this old type furnace runs for years like a Sherman tank. I was pleased with his honesty since this is what I was told last year by a different company.
