“Grant inspected our 1 and 1/2 year old unit that was installed by another company and found that the unit had not been installed properly caused water to leak over some vital parts. He took pictures and did a temporary fix so we could use our heat and A/C until the other company can come and correct the problems. He was very thorough and explained thing perfectly. We will definitely used Gagles in the future.”
