“We first reached out to Gagle’s Heating a few years ago to maintenance and assess our aging furnace that was having issues. They were able to make quick efficient repairs and gave us an honest assessment regarding the expected life of the unit. Fast forward a few years, we contacted Gagle’s for an assessment and we decided to move forward with replacing the furnace and thermostat. Our unit was not working well and putting out a fowl odor and they put us on their schedule the very day that we called! Within a week we had a brand new furnace and thermostat and couldn’t be happier with the results. We met with Mark Gagle a week after the install to go over any questions, check the installation work after a few days of functioning and to go over our product registration and best practices. He even ended up giving us a quick AC assessment as well! From start to finish it was an easy and personal experience. We ended up working with the same technician from the first house call all the way through the final installation process. Lonnie was super helpful to put our our minds at ease and to answer any questions or deal with any issues along the way. Gagle’s comes highly recommended and we can see why!”
“Our furnace quit working last night, this morning it was 53 in the house. I called Gagle's and they said they could have a service member to our house between 10-12. They showed up at 10:15 and found that the flame sensor wasn't working properly. Fixed it and now we have heat again! Thank you so much for your quick response and knowledgeable service team.”
