“Purchased Bryant ductless mini split system in 2020. Have had problems with unit since 2022. Service techs have been out at least 2 times every year since. Having to order new parts, control board, which will be the 2nd replacement. The wait time for these parts are 4-6 WEEKS!! My system stopped working AGAIN just recently fried circuit board and coil temp gauge wasn’t working at all. Just commenting here as a disgruntled owner and their service needs to be more customer oriented and find more distributors to acquire parts in an expedited manner. Their techs are good, the installers are good but getting parts and repairs is a nightmare!”

“Devin came out on a high volume day (we'd just had a snowfall and sub-freezing temps). Our furnace was performing spottily, so we asked for a technician to take a look at it. He diagnosed the problem, but said to call back if the the problem persisted. It resurfaced, so we called and he came back and came up with a more satisfactory solution. It's been performing well since. He was very candid in his appraisal, and stuck with the job to come up with the satisfactory outcome. A very positive experience all around.”

“Although there is a bit of debacle with their phone system today once I requested a repair online things went very well. Crystal set me for an appointment the following morning which was acceptable. A short time later I was called back and informed a repairman was available to come to my house immediately. Once a repairman was on scene a very quick diagnoses and the repair was taken care of.
