“I have used Gagles for many years for all my plumbing and heating/cooling needs. I recently had a failure of my cooling /heating system. It was on a holiday weekend so I called Gagles 24 hr. service . A tech was here within an hour on a Sat. afternoon. He diagnosed the problem, and said a part had to be ordered on my warranty , no charge. It was going to take 2 weeks to get it , so Gagles came in and installed a temporary window air conditioner ( again no charge) to keep me comfortable . The repair was done and my system restored. Once again , Outstanding customer service , informative and great attitude by all staff. I love Gagles and would never use any other company .”
