Required qualifications are as follows:
- Enthusiastically receive instructions and follow directions
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid Oregon State driver’s license
- Insurable Driving record.
- Work from electronic service platform
- Experience with HVAC equipment and hand tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Service experience
Desired qualifications:
- Previous HVAC service experience
- NATE certification
- EPA certification
- Service software experience

- Safely and efficiently Diagnose, service, and repair residential and Commercial HVAC systems
- Maintain a professional manner with customers.
- Parts costing and ordering
- Advanced system trouble shooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
- Accurately and efficiently complete service tickets
- Perform residential and commercial HVAC system maintenance
- Repairs to low-voltage wiring
- Safely operate company vehicle as needed
- Availability and commitment to service appointments scheduled by service dispatcher
- Maintain technical training and N.A.T.E. certification
- Always maintain professional appearance and attitude
- Demonstrate HVAC building code expertise
- Participate in on-call after-hours service as scheduled
