“We had a new furnace and ac unit installed a few years ago. A little while ago I looked up at the ceiling and noticed it was coming apart. I called Gagle’s Heating and explained the situation to them. I was told the furnace was installed in 2014 and they didn’t know what the issue would have been but they sent two techs out to check it out. Shilo and Dan arrived on site, I showed them the issue and upon further investigation when the furnace was installed not all of the PVC joints were glued and over time the moisture dripped down and finally made it through the ceiling. Both techs made the repairs and it all looks great! Thank you to the Gagle’s Heating Team and to Shilo and Dan for taking care if our issue.”
