“I have no idea how I found Gagle’s, but I’m glad I I did. I read reviews and had bought a home in Salem to rent, and had three places come for estimates. I bought the home at a super good price knowing that the furnace was not in working order. Because I was purchasing it from a realtor, whose mother had lived in the home- estate sale-we wanted and thought it was no big deal to get A/C also so it’d be an compatible unit. Gagle’s was more than accommodating. I loved speaking with Jordan on the phone and Raymond came for a look/see–sent his bid that afternoon. So impressed!! I have a Honeywell thermostat that I’d bought online to hopefully use–Super Simon–we didn’t want anything programmable. Everything was like “no problem!!” It’s a super quiet unit–works GREAT!!
