There is no reason for them to be that loud, it’s very inconsiderate and disrespectful given that people are most likely just waking up or still sleep. “Our heat pump stopped working before Christmas. The problem was diagnosed, and when the part (fan motor) was installed it did not correct the issue. A different part was subsequently replaced, and the heat pump runs great again! The technician said that he misdiagnosed the problem originally and did not charge us for the original part that was installed. I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge, politeness and honesty of the technician!”
