He seemed genuinely interested in getting us the best heater for our lifestyle and nearly 100 year old home. Gagles price was VERY competitive. The crew that installed the heater were also excellent. They introduced themselves, shook our hands, were incredibly polite and very respectful of our home. They installed a new thermometer and made sure we had the app downloaded correctly and that we could comfortably use it before they left. The icing on the cake is that the owner of Gagles came to our home to inspect the installation and review the level of service we received! This is one of the most positive experiences we have had in home repair and remodeling. I would recommend Gagles to anyone!!!”

“Our furnace went out a week before Christmas – really a bummer!! Anyway we had a service call the very day we called and he gave us an estimate for a new furnace, air conditioning and water heater since the furnace could not be fixed. I can’t remember his name since my husband, Larry was the one who talked to him but he was wonderful. The two guys who did the installation, etc., (Danial and Aaron) were great to have here. We had some problems and they fixed them right up. I want to thank all three of these people for the great service they provided. They were equally cordial and nice to talk to so I’d say you have a great group of employees. I hope you appreciate them because we do! Happy New Year!”
