Gagle’s sent a tech the same day I called, and I really wasn’t expecting to even get on the schedule until after the 4th. Our thermostat broke over the weekend. Devin, our technician, was able to identify the problem and fix it within about 15 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and explained the problem in a way that was easy for me to understand.
