“I have no idea how I found Gagle’s, but I’m glad I I did. I read reviews and had bought a home in Salem to rent, and had three places come for estimates. I bought the home at a super good price knowing that the furnace was not in working order. Because I was purchasing it from a realtor, whose mother had lived in the home- estate sale-we wanted and thought it was no big deal to get A/C also so it’d be an compatible unit. Gagle’s was more than accommodating. I loved speaking with Jordan on the phone and Raymond came for a look/see–sent his bid that afternoon. So impressed!! I have a Honeywell thermostat that I’d bought online to hopefully use–Super Simon–we didn’t want anything programmable. Everything was like “no problem!!” It’s a super quiet unit–works GREAT!! Love you guys!! We’ll remember them at Christmas when my girls & grand daughters do our holiday baking–Thanks again, Pam Thomas” – Pam T.

“Gagle’s has ALWAYS provided the best heating service in the area. I recently moved to a different home and called to have my furnace repaired. Jackson, a technician, analyzed the unit and repaired it. However, he told me that it would, likely, not last long. Since the charge was minimal, I decided to take my chances, but the furnace only lasted a few months. I called to have an estimate for a new furnace. Raymond came out a day later and provided me with a thorough and easy to understand estimate. I also asked 2 other companies for estimates, one company took several days to complete the estimate, the other only sent the estimate after I called 3 times. I don’t really know why I called the other two companies, I knew that Gagle would provide the best service. After selecting Gagle’s, Ivan and Armondo came out and installed the unit. They did an excellent job. NEXT, Jackson who is a computer expert, as well as a heating technician, came out to see if I had connected my phone to the internet and furnace correctly. I had not, so he showed me the correct way. Mark Gagle, the owner, then came out to evaluate the crews work. I explained that I was more than satisfied with every aspect of all work done, including my first contact with Jordan, including his contact with me. This company has the best customer service of any I know. Every person I dealt with was professional and very highly skilled.
